This is what happy sounds like

I know I feel good when I have music to share. So happy. I have had my morning coffee and it feels like spring out. Played some WoW but the tank sucked so I left that group. My little mage Mörrigan isn't so little anymore. I'm so glad the hubs understands my gamer ways. It's important. ;-)

I'm going to open some windows and enjoy this weather.

So glad that is over with!

Christmas was nice but...I'm glad it's done. I feel like a toy tornado has blown through my house. One of the down sides to moving into a bigger house is more area to clean. That is why plunking down 300$ for a trampoline was a GOOD idea. Keep the kids out of the house! Oh and remind me to kill my MIL for getting the girls make-up sets.

In some ways I'm ready for next semester to start. All signed up for my classes. ;-) It's getting terrifyingly close to time to apply for the nursing program. It's crazy how fast it has gone.

I am sitting here on eBay online shopping and nursing this cold. You like how I did that? Linked the stuff I'm selling all sly-like? What!? I need more Armani perfume! It wouldn't be so bad if I could just breath. At least Tylenol is helping with the fever.

Think I am gonna play some Dragon Age and zone out. Does it make me a horrible mother if I order the kids pizza for lunch? The thought of even going into the kitchen is making me a little stabby.

The first Secret!!! I could have wrote that myself! ;-)

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

It's over! The semester is done! I can go back to being a normal human being again which means I get up make coffee and play video games in my pajamas. You want my life, I know you do. You know what I'm thinking about right now? Tacos. Specifically the ones from Filibertos. I had them last night for dinner and I want more. You know what else I want (even more than tacos)? Sushi. I'm pretty sure I could eat sushi every day and not get tired of it. That was random.

I made a new character. Third 85? If I can do it in 5 weeks than yes I hope so. Mörrigan is only lvl12 but I think I can do it. And just in case you don't get the reference Mörrigan is the mage from Dragon Age. Anyways yesterday was my birthday. I think we are doing something at my house Saturday. If you are cool (or bring tacos) you can come. Beer pong!

The Guild  A mini series about gamers. So funny.

I need coffee

Well shit. Black board is down and I have a paper to turn in. Go figure. Last week of the semester and countdown to my birthday! I don't think I will be going to the row this year but who knows. Maybe? ;-) All I know is that this year will be much better than last because I'm not going to be matching my sister shot for shot. Yeah keeping up with Rashelle equals me puking in the street. lol. We will see what happens. Maybe I will have a party at the new house.

Damn you eBay. I NEED this. I thought about selling my signed bottle of wine for like 10 second only because it is worth so much money. Really it is stupid to sell things that only go up in value so I am gonna hang on to it.

Wow...BB is still down. I'm going to go pretend like I care. I need more coffee.

Tis the season!

It makes me unspeakably happy that the semester is almost over. Just one more paper and one final and I am done. I did have fun this semester. G doesn't understand why I would choose taking campus classes when I could take them online. Honestly? It is the social aspect that appeals to me most. I like school. I like meeting new people and making new friends.

Right now online shopping is owning me. Christmas shopping? Done. Birthday shopping for me? Done. Shopping just for the hell of it? Yeah a lot of that has been happening as well. So in order to fund my love of high end make-up and designer labels I put a few things up on eBay. Buy my stuff! Really, I need new boots.

Speaking of boots it is supposed to snow for the next couple of days. Oh Yay! /sarcasm. I hate winter. I need to move back to California.

I don't have any new music but rather two older songs that I love. I'm in a chill mood so no rock today.

I'm far from done

My poor FB was weeping with all the posts so I figured I would just throw up a post because obviously I have a lot to talk about. Well that and I am three beers deep and that is just not conducive to paper writing. So let's talk music. Out of nowhere I was listening to folk type music tonight. I guess that is just where I gravitated. It's was about a year ago I discovered Mumford and Son's. "White Blank Page" go and listen to it...right now. Right! I said the same thing! When he screams "You did not think when you sent me to the brink" I had a visceral reaction.  So yes anyhow we all know how I feel about covers but WTF is up with the recent onslaught of really good ones!? Like this chick.

Yeah I know. Wow.

Also a great band to check out is Seabird and the song "Patience". Actually anything by Seabird. Let's see what else? I don't know. I just spent the last 15 minutes looking up Connie Talbot from Britain's got Talent. That was random. You know what else is random? My new house makes noises at night. Yup all moved into the new place. One of these days I will put pictures up. Okay I am off to bed before this post unravels any more than it already has.

Either way it was better than writing my paper. Fact.

I'm a fickle little thing

So I have changed my mind, not that it is any surprise. I do that...a lot. I want to go to Vegas instead of back home. Now I just need to figure out where we want to stay and what we are doing. But really? So excited!

I suppose I should be doing homework but I know all I'm going to be doing is looking up hotels and restaurants.

LOL @ the 13th secret.

That's all. Back to FarmVille you go.

I do what I want!

Right now I could be cleaning or doing homework. Shit I could be leveling up my new Mage! But no, you know what I am doing? Contemplating 5 foot chickens and how the Dragon Age girls are based off of real life models. It's pretty ridiculous how good I am at wasting time.

I have also been thinking about my Christmas wish list. It has been pointed out to me by my co-workers that I am exceptionally spoiled. In their defense it is true. There isn't much I set my sights on that I don't get. If it in anyway amuses me you can bet it wont be long until I own it. Anyhow...my point is I need to put my little desires down on paper. I mean I am getting the new Dragon Age but I am getting it in November and it doesn't count...because I said so. The new iPhone 4s? I think yes! A sound system for my new car? I think yes! My my being me is just lovely!

Ok I need coffee and to get started on my math. Speaking of coffee you really must try coconut cream  coffee creamer. Yes YOU. You need to go and get this right now. You need this in your life. Trust me. ;-)

On a serious note

Right now I have a research paper due, an exam in A&P, I need to re-take a math test plus all my weekly homework for my classes...which is a lot. What is wrong with this picture? I am seriously considering dropping my A&P and taking it later. I have at least three friends who graduated nursing school, passed their boards and STILL can't find a job. There is just no work for nurses in this town right now. So why am I killing myself trying to get in the nursing program? I have a good job as a med tech and the husband makes just as much money as I do. (while going to school full time for accounting and still pulls straight A's. FREAK!) My point is I am ready to enjoy life. I know life can change in an instant so why not make each moment worth it.

I wanted to post some new music but I haven't even had time for that. sad.

 /edit
I lied. Surprise!  It isn't new but it is one of my favorite Tool songs.

"She used a poison in his tea,
Then (she) kissed him goodbye"
That's my kind of story
It's no fun til someone dies."

Taking a break from homework to blog because this little bit of amazing grabbed my attention. I know right! Skyrim looks so fucking amazing. This is an actual screen shot from the game.
Photobucket
I have always loved Elder Scrolls but this time they just out did themselves. 11-11-11 write that date down kiddies. I also have a bad habit of getting the collectors edition. 150$? Sure why not! But before you run out and get Skyrim make sure you play Morrowind and Oblivion. Yes, I am talking to YOU! You absolutely cannot call yourself a gamer if you haven't played these games.

So, enough about video games. Now normally I am not a cover fan but there is an exception to every rule. Adele's Someone like you is hauntingly beautiful on it's own and about a billion covers have already been made (none of them noteworthy I might add). Until now that is.

I feel like I should listen to some Disturbed now to counter all the girlishness.
Here quick listen to this or else you might find yourself on the couch watching Titanic with a box of tissues!

Anyhow for those of you who don't know I got myself a new car. Not to worry I still have the Durango. Princess is my baby but now I also drive a PT Cruiser!
Photobucket
Isn't she pretty! Love the sunroof!
Photobucket
And I can't drive a vehicle without flying my nerd flag! You win a cookie if you can tell me what this is!

Craziness

I am always thinking of things I want to write about but unfortunately school owns my soul right now. Other than having no free time life is good. I got a new car. A turbo charged PT Cruiser or as D likes to call them PT Loser. Screw you D! Don't hate because I get better gas mileage then your asshole Hummer!

Going camping this weekend at Dog Town lake and up to Pinetop the last weekend in October for my anniversary. Ok back to homework. FML

One of these days I will do a picture post. =)
Peace out homies

Can't get enough of this song

CAPS LOCK RAGE!!!

We just moved to Prescott Valley. Most of you know this. Super cute little place near the kids school. So anyhow two weeks ago we found a notice on the door that the house was being foreclosed on and GOING UP FOR AUCTION OCT, 18TH!!! As in we have to move again or buy the house. HOLY FUCKING SHIT! You know, the land lady could have let us in on that fun little factoid...before we moved in! The funny thing was is when we found out the news we did a strange roll reversal of sorts. I am ever the optimist and look on the bright side type always looking for my next adventure while G stresses everything and has his feet firmly on the ground. Also might I add he rules the bank account with an iron fist to make sure I don't drive us to financial ruin with one shopping trip at the mall. Anyhow my first reaction was to cry and freak out while his only response was "cool, I want the next place to have a fenced backyard with grass" WTH!? It's not that we can't afford to move I just had plans for my money! Like shopping trips at the mall...DON'T JUDGE ME! Damn it. Anyways I already have a place picked out. I pretty much have my heart set on this house while G likes this house. Wanna wager who wins? LOL

Another strange turn of events is I had my phone stolen from me at the college the other day. Left it at the computer and when I went back it was gone. Punk ass kids! LOL! I have a new phone now so I don't care but trust and believe I cared when it happened!

A few more trips planned before winter hits (I hate winter) and life goes back to BORING! For G's b-day September 10th  we are going camping at Dogtown Lake and for our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! (omgwtfbbq!!!) we are going back to Pinetop where we were married.

School shopping tonight. For the kids and me and G. Hey taking classes on campus is a good reason to get new clothes!

It's been a while!

Well well well...fancy meeting you here. I kid, but really it has been a while. This summer has pretty much been insane, but insane in a good way. Like traveling, eating good food and catching up with old friends. ;-) Now that summer is winding down and school is about to start my focus is on drinking new wines and playing video games. Hey it's important to have a plan! Speaking of video games I actually got on my Druid last night. She is the one who started it all. Unlike Yunna, my Druid Lealu took a long time to level. They both have awesome gear and are tough as nails so I guess it's all about playing smart. ;-) I have about 3 more weeks to hit 85!

As far as traveling goes mostly it has been to Jerome and Sedona area. I must say Jerome is quickly becoming my favorite place ever. This last weekend we stayed at the Connor Hotel. I don't know how much I believe in ghost stories but I swear I woke up no less than 10 times thinking I heard something in our room. Either that or I just sleep like shit when I have been drinking. The food is also amazing in Jerome. We ate at Grapes and Quince. Both had fantastic food and great bars. I attempted a spicy Margarita but I don't do tequila so G ended up drinking both his and mine and I just stuck with the local brews that they have on tap. Shopping was good as always. I purchased two more bottles of Maynards wine and a cool cork board made from actual Caduceus corks for my kitchen.  I bought a lot more than that but I wont bore you to tears with descriptions of hand beaded purses and locally roasted coffee. One of G's favorite stops was the kaleidoscope shop. They staff is super fun and plays with the merchandise as much as the visitors always eager to point out their favorites. Mine is a kaleidoscope pointed at a gem encrusted elephant music box that you shine a flashlight at. My inner girly girl was doing backflips. So sparkly! The bed and breakfast was nice last time but it was also nice to stay in the middle of town and really get to experience things. The Connor does a great job with the interior design too. Two words. Brass headboard. OOooooohhhhh I totally just went there! Overall it has been a good summer. Too bad in a few weeks it will be over and I will be pretty much living on campus. At least I talked My husband into taking math with me. ;-)

Uberness

I bought a badass mount yesterday. Yeah I paid 25$ for it and it is worth every penny. I also decided Yunna will be my next toon to take up. I would ramble on about how twinked out she is but why don't you just look for yourself. Do you see that bow?! I know. It's uber. I have also decided to work on alchemy instead of just gathering for gold. I already have more than enough gold on all my toons combined so why not have a profession I can use. working on that now as I write this actually. God I love having two monitors side by side. If this post sounds like I'm bragging it's because I am.

Busy Busy Busy...

Life has been a little too hectic to post regularly but I am working on it. Planning a Disney trip, another Jerome trip and a possible move back to Prescott Valley (we should know today!) has made time for music and video games sparse. I will say this. FFX-2 has not been able to hold my attention. Maybe if I had more time for it I could really get into it but so far it is on the back burner. WoW has been on hold as well. Ever since I got 85 on Lealu I just don't know what toon to take up next. I am leaning more towards my Hunter Yunna. She just annihilates in PvP. Top damage always feels good. But when you are only lvl 30 it feels like a long way to 85. That's probably because it is.

Back to blogging

So I had lost my password (wtf I use the same password for everything!) and have not been able to post for a while. Password is recovered and I will probably be getting a new post up in a day or two. Exciting, I know. Try not to wet yourself waiting for it. :-D

I know a secret!

In all actuality it is not a secret but rather some inside information. Tool is recording a new album. No idea when it will be released but Maynard left yesterday to start it. Sometime late 2011 is all I am finding. None the less exciting!

Speaking of Tool and Maynard I just came home from a long weekend in Jerome where Maynard lives. To say it was an amazing time is such an understatement it is almost painful to write. It was beyond amazing. It transcends words. Unfortunately there were no Maynard sightings due to him working on the new album.  I did meet many people who knew him. Namely the woman who was looking after the bed and breakfast we stayed at. She would entertain us with stories of the rock god as we sat wide eyed and silent over our quiche. (btw Vicky made everything from scratch and when I tried her ciabatta french toast I died a little on the inside) See Vicky knows Maynard because she ran the mail for the town and works at local restaurant he frequents. But Maynard loves her because other than that she has no idea who he is. All she knows is he has a band and says weird shit like "Vicky, tell me what I am going to have for lunch today." When she drives past him while he is out walking he salutes her and she throws her hands up in a WTF motion while he laughs. He is weird but most people who live in Jerome are.

The second thing Maynard is famous for is his wine. Again I am at a loss for words to describe just how good it is. Yeah, no words. All I know is, as I was sitting in the jacuzzi tub with my husband drinking a glass or three of the pink table wine I was deliriously happy. It was like sensory overload in a very good way. That was another highlight of the trip. (no not the jacuzzi tub perves!)  The wine and the fact that Vicky gave us a signed bottle of Maynards white blend. Signed. By Maynard. With his signature. On the bottle. I'm going to give you a few seconds to let that process.....OMG I KNOW RIGHT!!!! The bottle is worth more than we paid for the room and she just gave it to us as long as we traded her one of our bottles so she could actually drink it. Maynards signature is rare and hard to come by. He is reclusive and put off by fame so this makes it extra special. The signature even has his fingerprint in it from where he touched it when he handed the bottle off.

Photobucket

It's okay for you to be jealous of me. I understand.

So back to the music. While my husband is a huge Tool fan, I have an unhealthy obsession with A Perfect Circle. Musically and lyrically it just...speaks to me?  Three Libras, Passive and Sleeping Beauty have always been favorites of mine but right now it is The Noose. It has been a long day and I am rapidly becoming less and less coherent. So the only way I can think to end this blog is with the song and lyrics.

 The Noose

So glad to see you well

Overcome and completely silent now

With heaven's help

You cast your demons out

And not to pull your halo down

Around your neck and tug you off your cloud

But I'm more than just a little curious

How you're planning to go about

Making your amends to the dead

To the dead

Recall the deeds as if

They're all someone else's

Atrocious stories

Now you stand reborn before us all

So glad to see you well

And not to pull your halo down

Around your neck and tug you to the ground

But I'm more than just a little curious

How you're planning to go about

Making your amends to the dead

To the dead

With your halo slipping down

Your halo slipping

Your halo slipping down

Your halo slipping down

Your halo slipping down [repeated]

Your halo slipping down to choke you now

Epic face!

I know I always post about him but he is so funny.

Expect a real update after I get back from my amazingly awesome mini-vaca in Jerome! Epic face!

I got an interesting email this morning.

So it looks like the people from Sony are still working on repairing the damage from the recent hack. This morning I got an email from them saying basically "we were hacked, the hackers have your personal info, you should change you passwords blah blah blah". Thanks Sony for the update! (two weeks later) I have a feeling they will be dealing with quite a few lawsuits in the near future.

This is finals week so I have still been busy with that. Thank God it is almost over. Too bad next semester is even harder. No more online classes for me. It is time to actually pass Math 092!

Jerome trip is almost here. Instead of the haunted hotel we went with a cute little bed and breakfast. Can't wait for Friday!

I am also getting a new phone! I know I just got the one I have now but I hate the service provider. Anyways I want a touch screen. The one I am getting has everything. Touch screen, a qwerty keyboard  and it is pink. Perfect! Look how cute it is!

ok back to homework.

Personal content? Oh My!

Today started as a typical day off, ham steak and eggs at Waffles-N-More and a trip to the Goodwill to see if anyone was dumb enough to toss out a copy of LoD. (no dice) Well I guess in retrospect it was still a typical day off but something occurred to me over my coffee and hash browns. For the last few weeks my husband and I have been planning a weekend getaway to San Diego. We were going to stay on the beach and eat questionable tacos from seaside stands. The planning was going along swimmingly until I realized how much of our weekend would be consumed with driving. After having a conversation with a pilot friend of mine I concluded a private jet just wasn't going to happen. So change of plans! It looks like Jerome is going to be it. I am actually not disappointed at all. A weekend trip to Jerome has been something I have always wanted to do and I would have a seizure if I actually got to see Maynard (he owns a shop there). Plus MJK has the most amazing wine and I will be bringing home a few bottles. The hotel we are staying at is also supposedly haunted although I am not sure how I feel about spirits watching over sexy time. Countdown 8 days! Sorry if that was anticlimactic. My days off mostly consist of tanning, painting my nails and video games.

Things you should probably know about.

G found this one and was reading it for the better part of an hour.
http://dadsaretheoriginalhipster.tumblr.com/

The last two episodes were particularly funny.

That's all, I'm done. You can go back to FarmVille now.

Hackzor!

I don't know who is responsible for the hack on the PS3 but I do know that it amuses me to no ends. Today is day 7 that their networks have been down. My husband is going through Black Ops withdraws. See the problem with internet hackers, especially the group Anonymous, is they don't act as a whole. So while some members of the group are claiming they are not responsible that doesn't really mean anything because other people are saying it is in support of Geohot. Either way it looks like the 360 is going to be getting a boost in sales.
I kind of imagine this is how the people at Sony are feeling right about now.

Just a little blog before I start my homework. =)

You have no idea how badly I want to go to Lollapalooza this year. Unfortunately it is in Chicago and the tickets are $215. Some of my favorite bands are playing but one that stands out the most. The one I have been dying to see? A PERFECT CIRCLE!!!!! and Deftones and Flogging Molly and My Morning Jacket and Muse. I absolutely am amazed at the line up!

If I didn't care so much about my GPA...

This semester is killing me and by killing me I mean it is taking up my blogging time. Two more weeks and I should have more time to focus on what I want to. So for now I will get content out when I can. The Humanities paper that is due tomorrow can wait...until tomorrow.

Anyhow on to things that really matter, like the fact that Pandora is sucking. If it wasn't for my fear of viruses I would totally pirate the shit out of my music. I mean buy it off iTunes because it is wrong to illegally download music and it pisses the RIAA off.

Also if you need a good laugh you should check out DamnYouAutoCorrect. My phone does it all the time and it cracks me up.

Way to defile LazyTown.

Okay back to homework.

I am surprised I haven't heard more about this guy. He reminds me of Eminem a little.

LOL@ his collaboration with RWJ

Everything you like, I liked 5 years ago.

So I pretty much love this song and the video almost makes me want to watch Twilight...only not really. I just love Hayley Williams. She is HAWT!

I don't even know what to say about Tegan and Sara. Amazing doesn't begin to cover it. I would say "Call it Off" is my new favorite song but I say that about a lot of songs. Whatever I am listening to at the time is my new favorite song. But no really I less than three them BIG TIME! Oh and if you are ever feeling suicidally depressed you can totally listen to "Knife Going In". Kidding don't listen to that if you are suicidal, you should listen to Israel Kamakawiwo "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"...and get a therapist.

Ok so lets talk Damien Rice. Back in 2006 he and longtime band mate Lisa Hannigan put out the album "9" which included the single "Rootless Tree". By the next year they had split up and she was pursuing her solo career. It wasn't until 2010, 3 years later that he spoke openly of the break-up. Apparently they were dating and he was a total dick to her. One night before they took the stage he fired her and left her backstage crying while he played the show alone. The next day she caught a plane home and never spoke to him again. In the interview he was quoted saying “I love her so much. And I love her so much that I love that she hasn’t spoken to me—because even in that I have learned so much over the last two years.” “I would give away all the music success, all the songs, and the whole experience to still have Lisa in my life.” Ouch. Sucks to be you buddy. Here's a hint Damien. Don't treat the hottest woman you will ever touch like shit. I don't especially like Lisa's solo stuff but at least she looks happy. On a sad side note my inner Hipster died a little the day I heard "9 crimes" at Starbucks.

New music

These guys remind me of a modern day Simon and Garfunkle. Not too bad but I expected better being recommended 9/10 by Spin Magazine. Maybe a little too indy folk for me. Favorite lyrics "Could I wash my hands of just looking out for me?"

The Airborne Toxic Event has been described as a  rock'n'roll equivalent of a tear-soaked novella and I LOVE them! They remind me of the Strokes. This very well could become one of my new favorite bands. Favorite lyrics
"Days pass and turn into weeks,
when we don't even speak.
We just lay wide awake and pretend we're asleep.
You go home alone and you're checking your phone
and you're looking at me like I'm something you own."

I have been in a HUGE Panic! At the disco kick. I have had this new song of theirs on repeat for days. "I write sins not tragedies" and "Lying is the most fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off" are my other two favorites.

I will be posting more music later.  :-D

New =3 (equals three) is up today!

Ummm excuse me, your nerdy side is showing!

Since the semester is almost over I have been thinking about what game I want to play next. I beat FFX over Christmas break and I was thinking of starting my FFX-2. I'm just not sure anything could beat FFX as far as love story and fun factor go. Sequels just never live up to their predecessor. Actually I have quite a few options sitting on the shelf collecting dust. One of which is Arc the Lad. It is a tactical RPG and I have been promising myself that I would learn to love them. So far it just sits, untouched. But the game I have been wanting to play the most I do not own. 10 years ago I played my first RPG, Legend of Dragoon. I have such fond memories of this game. I would sit for hours totally captivated. The story, the game play, to me this was the most fun thing since Mario bro. At the time I had no idea what a goldmine I was sitting on and has since been lost. Now in my quest to find the game every collector should own I am coming up with a problem, that sucker is expensive! I hear fabled stories of 5$ thrift store finds but sadly nothing ever turns up for me. I suppose plunking down 30 bucks isn't the end of the world but I am envious of those who can find it for less. I have seen it go for as high as 60$ on eBay. I am going out today to see what I can find.

How awesome does that look?!

Sunday, April 17, 2011

Yeah sweet lemonade! :-D

I dare you to listen to this song and not get it's sick twisted lyrics stuck in your head.

It's Sunday...

And that means it is Postsecret day! Comment anon and tell me what your secret is!

That's WHO?!?!

Frequently I hear something on the radio and I have to write clips of lyrics down to Google later. I know, I know a good Hipster would know the name of a song before it hits the radio but you will have to excuse me I have a life (and a daily 2 hour beauty routine to maintain). Today that happened to me. I was standing at the counter waiting for my lunch when a song came on the radio I had never heard before. I pointed up as if the actual airwaves held the answer to my question and asked kitchen guy "who is this?" "Linkin Park"...

Now when I think of Linkin Park I think of Meteora (which is impressive because that was their sophomore album). But with songs like "Breaking the Habit" "Faint" and "Numb" it didn't matter what number the album was, because it was AMAZING. Don't get me wrong "Waiting for the End" is good but have you heard the rest of the shit off their last album "A Thousand Suns"? It is well...shit. Just take a listen to "Iradescent". It is shameful. Why are they selling out now? /end rant.

Best of the web

In the next couple of days I will be posing my personal best of the internet. These are sites that I visit daily. Let's start with poetry and artwork combined to create sarcastic and ironic truths about life.

Postsecret  is also one of my favorites. Every Sunday a new set of secrets are posted.

I love all things sarcastic so this blog about funny bakery errors is right up my alley. Cakewrecks finds the mistakes so we can all point and laugh.

I am IN LOVE with this blog. RWJ never fails to make me laugh. He finds the best viral videos and reviews them twice a week.

Failblog  is almost the same as RayWilliamJohnson but not quite as funny. Still good in my opinion.

More to come in the next few days.

Too bad it's over played now

The first time I ever heard this song was not on the radio. It was a video of a girl doing an interpretation of it for her sign language class. A Google search quickly pointed me in the right direction. Cee Lo Green. Then the day every good Hipster dreads happened. I heard it on the radio. It was downhill from there. But my point isn't how amazing my talents are for finding good music before anyone else. No no, my point is I have been noticing a change in music lately. It has a 50's Motown feel. Another great example is Adele "Rolling in the Deep". I like this new soulful direction.

A lot of Japanese RPG fans are becoming increasingly concerned about the degree to which their favorite games are requiring play guides. One such example is Final Fantasy XII; to get the Zodiac Spear, one of the game's ultimate weapons, players have to not open four specific yet unmarked chests at the start of the game – but the game mentions absolutely nothing of this. Opening one of the chests reduces your chance of getting the weapon to 1 in 1000. Imagine finding that out after 100 hours of play.
See, you needed to know that. Inner Hipster says you're welcome.
